This page provides audio-visual training content on completing the 2006 National Health Service Corps UDS report, similar to that of the live-hosted online training sessions offered. This training is broken into modules for easy access to the subject area(s) where you may need assistance.

Please download and run the file to install the player.

You will need a computer with a sound card and speakers to hear the audio track. Your screen resolution should be set to a minimum of 800/600, and a high speed internet connection is recommended .
